This session begins with a meditation to connect our heart to the Universe. More specifically to the core of Earth and to the center of the Central Sun.

For 60 minutes, in this state of peace and alignment, we open ourselves to receive all available information and healing from the Quantum or Source. Each process is unique and personalized. But usually we are going to start by releasing patterns and accumulated energies that block us.
